Warranty and Returns

This refurbished HP EliteBook includes a 6-month warranty.

The warranty covers hardware faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, software issues caused after delivery, viruses, data loss or damage caused by incompatible accessories.

If an item arrives faulty or does not match its description, please contact us promptly before arranging a return. Returned products must include the supplied charger and be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Please back up your personal data before returning any computer. Any data stored on the device may be removed during testing, repair or replacement, and responsibility for saved files remains with the buyer.
