M.2 socket appearance alone does not guarantee compatibility because some M.2 slots support SATA, NVMe or both. Please check your laptop, desktop or motherboard specifications before ordering.

Warranty and Returns

This refurbished Samsung PM991 SSD has been tested before dispatch. Warranty assistance applies to verified hardware faults or dead-on-arrival issues under normal use and according to the seller’s applicable warranty policy.

Returns may be accepted for faulty, incorrectly supplied or transit-damaged items in accordance with the applicable return terms. Please contact the seller before returning the product and provide your order details.

Please confirm compatibility before installation. Returns may not apply to items damaged by incorrect installation, physical impact, liquid, modification, misuse, electrical faults or unsuitable equipment. Data recovery, lost files, software problems and incorrect installation are not covered.
