Please confirm your laptop’s existing RAM type, speed, voltage, slot type and maximum supported capacity before ordering. This memory will not fit DDR4 or DDR5 laptops, desktop DIMM slots, or devices requiring ECC server RAM.

The RAM module will be packed securely in anti-static and protective packaging to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Warranty and Returns

This tested refurbished RAM module is covered for verified faults on arrival, subject to the applicable return policy. Please confirm compatibility before placing an order.

Returns for faulty or incorrectly supplied items may be accepted under the store return policy. Returned products must be in the same condition and should be protected from static electricity during return shipping.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, physical damage, liquid damage, modification or ordering an incompatible RAM type is not covered. Test the RAM before permanent installation where possible.
